H. FlightOperation Parameters
1. Flightswillbeoperatedwithinvisuallineofsightofthepilotin
command(PIC)orvisualobserver.
2. Priortoeachflight,azeroaltitudeinitiationpointwillbeestablished
andconfirmedforaccuracybyPIC.
3. Maximumflighttimeforeachoperationalflightwillbe30minutes.
4. Theaircraftwillbesafelylandedwithnolessthanthegreaterof(a)
20%batteryliferemainingor(b)fiveminutesofflighttime
remaining.
5. Flightswillbeoperatedatorbelow500feetAGL.
6. Flightswillbeoperatedatalateraldistanceofatleast500feetfrom
anypersonsorpropertynotassociatedwiththeoperationwhohave
notgivenpriorpermission.
7. Flightswillbelimitedtoagroundspeedof25mphandverticalascent
willbelimitedto20mph.
8. Priortotheflight,aMissionPlanwillbecreatedsettingforththe
limitationsfortheflightaswellascontactinformationforthePIC.
9. Theflightoperationswillyieldtherightofwaytoothermanned
aircraftoperations.
10. AllpersonswhoarenotinvolvedwithCE’sUASoperationswillbe
requiredtobeatleast500feetfromflightoperations.
11. CEwillprovideNOTAMdetailstotheFAA24hourspriortoeach
flight.
12. Allrequiredpermissionsandpermitswillbeobtainedfromterritory,
state,countyorcityjurisdictionspriortoflight.
13. Priortocommencingoperations,CEwillobtainaCertificateofWaiver
orAuthorization(COA)fromtheFAA.
14. Writtenororalpermissionfromtherelevantpropertyownerswillbe
obtainedpriortoflight.
15. Theflightwillbeabortedincaseofunpredictedobstaclesor
emergencies.
16. EachflightwillberecordedintheAircraftLogBook.
